CD11b S-pluriBead anti-hu, 2 ml
current price: $107.00 – $150.00
The cells will be “touched” by the antibody. All the unwanted cells remain unbound and will be separated from the labeled and wanted cells in the following enrichment steps. The easiest way to hold back the labeled cells, when coupled to a solid phase, is to use cell strainer or magnets. The flow through is free of antibody-bound beads and can be used for another positive or negative cell enrichment. The enrichment with pluriBead can be done without any preparation of whole blood. The contamination with unbound cells especially platelets or erythrocytes is very low when the cells are directly isolated out of whole blood. The method fast, less expansive and results in a higher purity.

CD11b pluriBead suspension for the positive cell isolation of CD11b+ target cells from any human sample material. (2ml)
Integrin alpha M (ITGAM) is one protein subunit that forms heterodimeric integrin alpha-M beta-2 (αMβ₂) molecule, also known as macrophage-1 antigen (Mac-1) or complement receptor 3 (CR3). ITGAM is also known as CR3A, and cluster of differentiation molecule 11B (CD11B). The second chain of αMβ₂ is the common integrin β₂ subunit known as CD18, and integrin αMβ₂ thus belongs to the β₂ subfamily (or leukocyte) integrins.
